The lysate produced by the fermentation of bifidobacteria is a product obtained by culturing, inactivating, and decomposing bifidobacteria, consisting of cell fragments, cell wallcomponents, and polysaccharide complexes. The fermentation products of split yeast con-tain abundant active proteins, minerals, amino acids, and biological polysaccharide com-plexes that are essential for the human body.
