The key to O/W emulsifiers lies in their high hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB 8-18). Through the hydrophilic groups (such as polyethylene oxide chains) in their molecular structure binding with water, and the hydrophobic groups (fatty acid chains) enveloping oil droplets, they form a stable protective film at the oil-water interface. Our O/W emulsifier employs a non-ionic surfactant blending technology, optimising the ratio of hydrophilic/lipophilic segments to control emulsion particle size between 0.1–1 μm, resulting in a smooth texture and delicate luster. Experimental data shows that emulsions prepared using this emulsifier undergo high-temperature (48°C) and low-temperature (-5°C) cycling tests, with a particle size change rate <5%, exceeding industry standards for stability.
