Chemical Properties:
This substance has emulsifier and dispersant functions and can be used in cosmetics, such as regulating the stability of oil-water mixtures.
Due to their safety, polyglycerol fatty acid esters have been approved as food additives. Compared to nonionic polyoxyethylene surfactants, they exhibit superior oxidative and pH stability. Compared to sucrose, glycerol, and sorbitan esters, they also possess superior thermal stability.
