Product Characteristics
A polyphenol protein secreted by the peduncle gland of the marine organism mussel, known as the “ soft gold of the sea ” for its strong efficacy and scarcity.
The only known protein with high content of dopa group, dopa group has obvious anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, pain and itching activities.
Mild nature, no irritation, good safety and tolerance. In the field of cosmetic skin care, it can be used for post-laser plastic surgery repair, elimination of inflammation in sensitive muscles, enhancement of sunscreen efficacy, reduction of dullness, whitening and blemish removal.
Eleven mucin subclasses have been identified from mussels, including Mefp-1, Mefp-2, Mefp-3, Mefp-4, Mefp-5, Mefp-6, collagens pre-COL-P, pre-COL-D, pre-COL-NG, pedunculated filament matrix proteins PTMP and DTMP.

If used for pure type III collagen lyophilized powder recommended additive amount: 10-50%, other types such as emulsions, creams, sprays and other products recommended additive amount: 0.1-5%.
