第一ECM是什么
What is ECM
细胞外基质顾名思义就是存在于细胞外的一些物质
The extracellular matrix is, as the name suggests, some substance that exists outside the cell.
是由细胞分泌到细胞外基质当中的一些大分子构成的一个网状结构
It is a meshwork of macromolecules secreted by cells into the extracellular matrix.
支持并连接组织，调节这个组织 ，发生以及细胞的生理活动
Supports and connects tissues and regulates the physiological activities of these tissues and cells.
通俗一点讲就是细胞赖以生存的环境
In layman's terms, it's the environment in which cells live.
我们都知道 这个抗老的根源 其实就是细胞的这个年轻化

第一个就是Ⅰ型胶原
The first one is collagen type I.
Ⅰ型胶原它是属于一种粗蛋白

在这个皮肤当中起支撑和填充的作用
It plays a supporting and filling role in the skin.
第二个就是我们熟知的Ⅲ型胶原
The second is what we know as type III collagen.
它是一种细蛋白，主要负责皮肤的弹性 、柔嫩程度 增弹紧致等等
It's a fine protein responsible for the skin's elasticity, suppleness, elasticity and firmness.
第三就是这个Ⅳ型胶原
And the third one is this type IV collagen.

第十蛋白聚糖 主要负责传递信号
The tenth is proteoglycan, which is responsible for signalling.
除此之外 还含有少量的无形的胶状物
In addition, there's a small amount of invisible colloid.
第三ECM和三型胶原蛋白有什么区别
What's the difference between ECM and collagen type III?
从第二条当中 我们不难看出 ECM其实是包含了Ⅲ型胶原蛋白在内的多种型别的 这个胶原和非胶原的一个复合体
The ECM is a complex containing multiple types of collagen and non-collagen, including type III collagen.
那也就是说Ⅲ型胶原蛋白有的ECM都有
That means that type III collagen has all the ECM,
但是ECM有的Ⅲ型胶原却未必有
but type III collagen may not have what the ECM has
皮肤的衰老肯定是不只缺少一种胶原蛋白，
The skin must be aging with more than just one type of collagen missing.
而是要全面的补充它所需要的所有的胶原和非胶原以及所有的养分
