Product Characteristics
Ceramides are naturally occurring lipids in the skin that form a water-resistant barrier on the surface of the skin to better protect it and make it moisturized and supple. A new generation of skin moisturizers has been developed in recent years, with ceramide 3 of bio-fermented origin.
It maintains the skin's water retention level, repairs dry and damaged skin, and promotes the renewal of the skin's natural protective layer. It is now widely used as an effective skin care active ingredient in skin care cosmetics.
An important prerequisite for the realization of skin care efficacy is that the active ingredient can effectively penetrate the skin surface, and in the skin tissue, high concentration of enrichment and long retention, that is to say, to achieve the target delivery of skin care active ingredients. Currently, most commercially available ceramide cosmetic dosage forms are ordinary creams with poor skin permeability and low retention of active ingredients. At the same time, ceramide 3 is a highly crystalline substance, poorly dispersed in water and most oil esters, with extremely low solubility, and prone to crystallization and precipitation during placement, which is not conducive to the absorption of the active ingredient and the stability of the product.

NK-L1008 encapsulated ceramide is a phospholipid liposome encapsulation technology utilized by Unilever to form ceramide 3, which is insoluble in oil ester and water, into liposomes. Nano-ceramides in the form of liposomes are similar in structure to cell membranes and have high affinity with skin organisms, making it easier to be fused with and absorbed by cell membranes. Liposomes have the advantages of narrow particle size distribution, small particle size, no crystallization, easy application and stable storage.

Addition amount 0.5%-5% or so;
It is recommended that the product be added directly to the aqueous phase of the formulation and properly homogenized before the emulsification operation, or added to the paste after emulsification for homogeneous dispersion.
Storage: room temperature (5-25 ℃) to save sealed, shaded cool place to save, 4-5 ℃ refrigeration is preferred. After opening, wipe the bottle clean and store it in airtight refrigerated storage, it is recommended to use it up within 1 month after opening.
Shelf life: the product can remain stable for at least two years when stored in closed containers under the recommended conditions.
