The results of the skin moisture content test are shown in the graph on the right of the trend of skin moisture content values, compared with the baseline values *p < 0.05, **p< 0.01 , ***p < 0.001.
Single application of 30% Lactobacillus fermentation product filtrate and substrate without Lactobacillus fermentation product can enhance the moisture content of the cheek stratum corneum, and the effect can be sustained up to 6 h. Continuous use of 30% Lactobacillus fermentation product filtrate for 14 d significantly enhanced the moisture content of the cheek stratum corneum, and the rate of change of the 30% Lactobacillus fermentation product filtrate was significantly higher than that of the substrate control, which means that the moisture content of cheek stratum corneum with the 30% Lactobacillus fermentation product filtrate is significantly higher than the substrate control. Lactobacillus fermentation filtrate has good short-term and long-term hydration and moisturizing effect.
