POLYGLYCERYL-2 DIPOLYHYDROXYSTEARATE has emulsifying, dispersing, stabilizing, conditioning, and viscosity control properties. In cosmetics, POLYGLYCERYL-2 DIPOLYHYDROXYSTEARATE can be used alone as an emulsifier. It is environmentally friendly and safe, contains no EO structure, exhibits excellent skin compatibility and is non-irritating, is non-selective for the polarity of oils and esters, and can be cold-blended. POLYGLYCERYL-2 DIPOLYHYDROXYSTEARATE is primarily used in creams, cleansers, soaps, shampoos, and lipsticks as an emulsifier, dispersant, wetting agent, solubilizer, and stabilizer, significantly improving product quality.
