In vitro experiments showed that the MarKwardt method detected the active ingredients of the natural hirudin gel group and effectively improved the phenomenon of subcutaneous bruising, which proved that hirudin could penetrate into the skin and achieve effective activity; the blank gel group did not detect any activity, and did not have any change on subcutaneous bruising.

The fibrinogen coagulation time of the test group was delayed and reached the maximum value at 2h, while the fibrinogen coagulation time of the control group was not significantly delayed.
